To ensure a secure and confidential process, we kindly request that you attach clear images of two government-issued photo IDs. These documents should come from a reputable source, such as federal, provincial, territorial, or municipal governments, crown corporations, financial entities, or utility providers.

This step is crucial for identity verification and to facilitate the smooth progression of our services. Acceptable forms of identification include a driver's license, indigenous card, or any other government-issued photo ID. Please make sure that both the front and back of each ID are clearly visible in the images you provide. Your privacy and security are our top priorities, and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

We ask that you provide this information to help assist and expedite fulfilling our "know your client" professional obligations where such client identification verification is required before we are able to provide services to you.

We also require a 2nd document for Identification Verification. This must contain your name and address and come from a reputable source or be issued by a bank.

For example:
  1. Front and back of your credit card,
  2. Letter or bill from government (a tax bill or property assessment)
  3. Crown corporations/agency (like WCB, Farm Credit Can.)
  4. Financial entities (bank statements)
  5. Bill from a utility providers (power or gas bill).
